Greed Posted August 8, 2012 Report Share Posted August 8, 2012 Greed/ Ling-Yao & Alphonse. In the original series Greed was my favorite. But in Botherhood I thought Ling-Yao was pretty awesome. Meaning...Greedling is a dream come true and my favorite character from Brotherhood. Alphonse is pretty cool too like how he hides cats in his armor. I prefer this character, because of the history and chain of events in which he had to endure. To have to watch his entire people die in a blink of an eye. Then live for thousands of years with the thoughts of it was his fault for his people's death. And yet in the end he finally makes peace with himself and all the lost souls in which he spoke to. Of course this is coming from the Brotherhood series. Now if we want to talk about the original series where the first movie takes place with the ending of FMA. This dude was the beast fighting the prince who had greed inside him, the old man bodyguard (Fu), even holding out Scar with his gunshot wound even when both his hands were cut off and all he could hold his sword with was his mouth. Too bad Maes Hughes didn't get to play a bigger part in the final battle, but definately had the stongest influence on the outcome due to the closeness to most of the other characters.
