† Emotional Outlet Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Banned for also being a moppet and not banning oneself.The discussion came up a while ago on a different forum about the different file types--one of the admins, 23 or 24 years of age last I saw, said that she, despite having a lot of experience with graphic design and whatnot, sees little difference between the uncompressed .PNG and a .JPG with low compression. Anyway, neither FM nor the other forum is a place where high quality is required--it's a hobby, and quality doesn't mean shit if your picture sucks--most hoi polloi would rather see a slightly fuzzy image that's done incredibly well and shows a lot of talent and creativity as opposed to a crystal clear image that isn't that exciting or innovative.
