Not only did it say on the screen they also stated out loud "FIRST TO PLAYSTATION 4" which means its not exclusive.
-
No where did it say exclusive, so no doubt it will be on Xbox One and PC.

Microsoft confirms 'pre-owned fee' for Xbox One
† cloud1414 replied to † cloud1414's topic in Gaming Realm
EA is getting rid of the online passes. -
Mandatory game installation required for all games; second install on separate Live account sits behind paywall Microsoft has confirmed that all Xbox One games will require mandatory installation onto the system's hard drive and, to install the same disc onto another user's drive, a fee must be paid. Individual games will be tied to Xbox Live accounts, Microsoft said, meaning that the software giant can detect whether a game has been sold to a retailer and repurchased, or handed from one friend to another. In such instances, the second user must pay a fee. "On the new Xbox, all game discs are installed to the HDD to play," a Microsoft representative told Wired. The company added that, once discs are installed on the hard drive, games can be played without a disc being in the tray. The Wired article then elaborates: "What follows naturally from this is that each disc would have to be tied to a unique Xbox Live account, else you could take a single disc and pass it between everyone you know and copy the game over and over. Since this is clearly not going to happen, each disc must then only install for a single owner." It added: "Microsoft did say that if a disc was used with a second account, that owner would be given the option to pay a fee and install the game from the disc, which would then mean that the new account would also own the game and could play it without the disc." Microsoft did not disclose what the second-user fee would amount too, and did not clarify further on the matter. The article claims that there is no sweeping 'always-online' requirement for future Xbox One games. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/407912/microsoft-confirms-pre-owned-fee-for-xbox-one/

Topless Women in Public Not Breaking the Law, Says NYPD
† cloud1414 replied to † cloud1414's topic in Mako Reactor
Thing is is that the breast is not a sexuall organ all it is is just fat on the body. I never understood why people make a big deal about it. Just like mothers cant breastfeed their children in public because people think its so wrong. Well fuck them, im glad women are finally getting a break and I hope this goes on throughout the nation. Equallity for all. -
Ladies of New York, you are free to walk bare-breasted through the city! New York City's 34,000 police officers have been instructed that, should they encounter a woman in public who is shirtless but obeying the law, they should not arrest her. This is a good step towards gender parity in public spaces. This decision means that breast exposure is not considered public lewdness, indecent exposure, or disorderly conduct. It also notes that, should a crowd form around a topless woman, the officer should instruct the crowd to disperse and then respond appropriately if it does not. Relative coverage is no longer a factor. This policy shift comes after several years of litigation and protest. In the 1992 case People v. Ramona Santorelli and Mary Lou Schloss, the New York Court of Appeals ruled in favor of two women who were arrested with five others for exposing their breasts in a Rochester park, holding the law void as discriminatory. The ruling was put to the test in 2005, when Jill Coccaro bared her breasts on Delancey Street in New York, citing the 1992 decision, and was detained for twelve hours. She subsequently successfully sued the city for $29,000. In 2007, Go Topless, a national organization supporting gender equality in shirtlessness laws, established Go Topless Day. Dozens of women protest – often topless – in thirty cities around the United States, promoting equal rights to be shirtless. Protests usually include chants of “Free your breasts. Free your minds” and a song “Let ‘em Breathe” to the tune of the Beatles’ “Let it Be.” While some who have witnessed these events have suggested that "[t]his is extreme liberalism and why America’s in decline” or “t’s degrading to women,” others have been supportive. One man even said he would encourage his wife to join them. Though bare-breasted women might shock the sensibilities of some in the public, it is encouraging to see the police responding positively to gender bias, even on such a seemingly small scale. After all, no one thinks twice about a man shirtless on a summer day. However, the female nipple or chest is still considered “lewd.” By reminding its officers of this, the NYPD is publicly declaring that it will no longer perpetuate unconstitutional gender discrimination, a standard to which all law enforcement should be held and a decision for which it should be applauded. http://www.policymic.com/articles/42359/topless-women-in-public-not-breaking-the-law-says-nypd

Yoichi Wada, Square Enix Japan CEO, Resigns
† cloud1414 replied to † cloud1414's topic in Gaming Realm
I have to say, some hand held games were fine. 3rd birthday was great, same as Crisis-core. Never got the chance to play type-0. but yeah those ios games such a slap in the face for the fans. People are still depanding KH3 and FF7 on PS3 but its like I keep on telling everyone, no KH3 until they are done with V13 and FF7 will take at least 10 years to redo everything to match the graphics like 13. Also they wont do it until they make a game that beats 7 so yeah thats never going to happen. Even though I think 6,8-10 are so much better then 7 imo. -
Some shocking news has recently come to light regarding the Japanese branch of Square Enix. Yoichi Wada, the CEO of the company, will be stepping down at the end of June. He will be replaced by Yosuke Matsuda, who is currently the representative director of the company. Matsuda joined Square in 2001 as senior vice president and has steadily climbed the ranks of the company over the past dozen years. The exact date of his instatement has not been revealed as of yet. This piece of news sure has spiced up what would have been a regular Tuesday evening. I’ll admit, I’m not entirely surprised; the company revealed that it lost quite a large sum of money last year, and just recently, they slashed their consolidated results forecast. The company is expecting less digital sales, and are expecting to lose just over $106 million USD. What do all of you make of this? Do you think this will be good for the company, or is it too early to tell? Maybe a new boss is just what Square Enix needs to dig itself out of its current situation and win back its fans. Here’s hoping for an improvement http://operationrainfall.com/yoichi-wada-resigns-june/
