But it would be best if you do it online like Strega in Persona 3 or like in Hell Girl. They transfer money into a encrypted account and through an encrypted IP and the person dies. You get the money, they get revenge, and the police are just going in circles like L trying to make heads or tails of how Kira is still killing while hes watching Light.
