The contest will start on the first day of the month and will end on the last day of that month. Voting will start on the first day of the next month. The poll will last for one week.Rules:-One entry per person. Entries may be edited as often as needed until midnight the day before the closing of the compitition.-Banners can be in GIF, JPG, JPEG or PNG format.-Banners must be the following size: 1020x160 pixels.-You cannot submit the same banner twice. This includes redoing a previously submitted entry.-You must use image and spoiler tags: [/ spoiler]-No Borders.-You may not vote for yourself.-No nudity or pornography.-No spam.-Have fun and be creative. Your skills improve with every composition.-No matter the outcome of the poll, Koby will have the final say because this is his site.Special Notes:-Any staff member can stop or close the BOTM.-All staff and members are allowed to participate.-Leki and poetictragedy are the Moderators of this section. All questions about or concerning the Graphical Division will go to them. It's best if you do not put borders on the banner cause the skin itself will make it appear to have a border and it looks odd if the banner has one.As for the current banners in rotation, it would be awesome if the ones who have borders could be PMed to me with a borderless version by the creators.. xD Like the awesome Sora one for example.
