idl12
Okay, basically what I'm looking for is swords, blood, characters that actually die, an emotional storyline and maybe a slight bit of Romance, I've already seen Gurren Lagann, Death note and FMA, so any suggestions?? Koby
BASILISK. Don't know if you seen it but it has everything you described. Awesome 10/10 series, even have a live-action movie based on it called Shinobi - Heart Under Battle.
chandy10
Code Geass, Monster, Jigoku Shoujo, Soul Eater also maybe D.Gray-man
idl12
Thanks guys, Basilisk sounds too good to be true so I'll definitely check it out and Jigoku Shoujo, that's hell girl right? How is the show on terms of storyline?
chandy10
Yeah Jigoku Shoujo is Hell Girl, I really liked the storyline, there are 3 season each is based on people sending other people to hell. I'd say I thought 2nd Season was the best... but all are worth the watch, season 2 and 3 had some fan idea input which was what probably made them better than season 1. †The Joker
Well, one that meets everything on your request is 11eyes. I haven't long finished this series, and I have to admit, I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I didheres a description i pulled from the download on the site"Satsuki Kakeru lost his sister by suicide and has been living a dull life ever since then. One day, he is transported into a bizarre world "Red Night" along with his friend Minase Yuka. In order to survive and escape from Red Night, he fights against Dark Spirits (Ralva) and Black Nights." One of the worst Japanese dubs ever, and horrible animation sequences, etc.. I just couldn't stand practically every aspect of the Animation, the voicing, or anything.. :/I've seen nearly 460 complete series.. and only dropped 14 series and 11eyes is one of them. AaronScythe
Elfen Lied, plenty of people dying, a subplot love story thing happening, swords not needed for any of it (think invisible swords)Claymore fits best though, actual chunks taken out of some people, big swords, and a sort of romance going on... (one actual kiss)
Annabeiru
D.gray-man, Code geass, black cat, samurai deeper kyo, claymore, tears to tiara, burst angel, 11eyes, also i recomend fullmetal alchemist brotherhood since it actually has the original manga plot with no fillers
