saminyt
The answer is Half( I hope so..)Bingo, you are correct.Onto the next riddle:A word I know, six letters it contains, subtract just one and twelve remains.
Leviathan
The answer is "Dozen". Removing the letter 's' from the word "Dozens" we get the word "Dozen" which is equivalent to twelve. Now here's a paragraph, read it carefully and answer the riddle:Three guests check into a hotel room. The clerk says the bill is $30, so each guest pays $10. Later the clerk realizes the bill should only be $25. To rectify this, he gives the bellhop $5 to return to the guests. On the way to the room, the bellhop realizes that he cannot divide the money equally. As the guests didn’t know the total of the revised bill, the bellhop decides to just give each guest $1 and keep $2 for himself. Now that each of the guests has been given $1 back, each has paid $9, bringing the total paid to $27. The bellhop has $2. If the guests originally handed over $30, what happened to the remaining $1?
lemmingllama
You gave us false information. They havent actually paid 27, they paid 28 since 25+3=28, then add the two for the bellhop. You told the riddle slightly wrong. You should mention that 3*9=27 since the guests havent paid just 9 dollars each.It occurs once in every minuteTwice in every momentAnd yet never in a thousand years. Removing the letter 's' from the word "Dozens" we get the word "Dozen" which is equivalent to twelve.Your explanation is absolutely correct. But unfortunately, I cannot accept your answer. You told that the answer is "dozen" but actually the answer is "dozens"It occurs once in every minuteTwice in every momentAnd yet never in a thousand years. The answer is the letter "m"
lemmingllama
Indeed you are right. So I guess I will post another oneA part of heaven,Though it touches the earth. Some say it's valuable,Others - no worth.

The intention of this riddle was supposed to make the answerer confused and to see if he/she could see through it.A part of heaven,Though it touches the earth. Some say it's valuable,Others - no worth.Hey I know this one. It's a rainbow.
lemmingllama
Now that each of the guests has been given $1 back, each has paid $9, bringing the total paid to $27.This is the line that there is a problem with. Each has not paid 9, one has paid 10. Additionally, the total paid is not 27. This means that you are lying to the people. If you just say that 3*9=27 in it, then you are still giving facts, just that it is completely unrelated to the problem at hand. Also you got my riddle good job
