Koby Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Charmander. Although he was the most useless in the beginning since the first Gym Leader 'Brock' uses Rock Pokemon. Squirtle works much better against him. Bulbasaur gets raped against all the wild Pidgeys starting off, but he works best against the second Gym Leader Misty who uses Water Pokemon.I only kept up with Pokemon or played the games up to Crystal so that only gives me 6 starters to choose against and I can't remember the names of the starters in Gold, Silver, and Crystal. :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
