The_Ianator
Just watched the Steins;Gate movie. Was alright although the time travel trope where the story couldn't have occured unless it already had occured kinda bothered me. How does the first iteration happen if something can't happen unless it happens?

atreyuavenged
Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai - So ridiculous and over the top, but also hilarious. Reminded me a lot Seitokai Yakuindomo. Overlord - Nothing I haven't seen before. Decent. Good OP song though. Thoroughly enjoyed the scenes with Shalltear Bloodfallen. Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri - As I was watching this, I remembered Zero no Tsukaima. Ever since I seen that, I wanted the magical world to interact with the real world. Well, I got that here and now I want more. Probably my favorite show I've seen in quite some time. Classroom Crisis Samurai Flamenco - This one was weird. I don't know if it wanted to be have everything and tried. It started with realism, then went bat shit scrazy. Then it had that cheesiness you see in like power rangers, etc. Also, first OP song was amazing. Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso Charlotte Edited October 11, 2015 by atreyuavenged

Afternoon Nap
Two seasons of Corpse Princess: amazing ... the main dude didn't turn out to be a whiny retard.
blackbunny208
I just finished watching "Another". It started out slow, and seemed to be easy to predict what was going to happen next. The last few episodes made the series.
Tenmei
Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom – I was actually surprised on how much I enjoyed this series. I found the plot to be intriguing with a subtle hint of complexity while slowly evolving into an unexpected climax. You might want to consider it if you are looking for a dark action/drama series. CaptainStarwind
I just finished watching the rest of Michiko and Hatchin. I started by watching subs for it back in 2011, but it took me until now to get the last 3 or 4 episodes watched.
Valyrael
Watched Yuri Kuma Arashi - somehow it was more impactful than Mawaru Penguindrum for me, and was slightly easier to follow. Definitely recommend it, despite the title. Edited January 6, 2016 by Valyrael

Definitely recommend it, despite the title. Â Finished Yuri Kuma Arashi recently as well. 9/10. I would say it was more coherent than Penguindrum, probably due to thematic repetition within a shorter overall length. Penguindrum tackled grander themes, but ended up with some loose ends (e.g. the nature of Momoka), and a blurrier line between abstraction and reality. Tenmei
Ergo Proxy - A great mix of surrealism coupled with philosophy, romance, and just the right pinch of action made this a captivating watch. However, I found the fact that such a short series (23 episodes) had several fillers that added no real substance, detracting. Overall, I still enjoyed this slower-paced series.
