(14 episodes including OVA)High School of the Dead (13 episodes including OVA)Kanon (2006) (24 episodes)Ouran High School Host Club (26 episodes)The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (28 episodes)But the best one, which I saw recently, was Rideback. It only has 12 episodes and does feel a little bit rushed story-wise but the whole thing was amazing. The story was a brilliant idea of this "terrorist" group trying to defeat this private military company with the addition of these vehicles called 'Ridebacks', also the soundtracks and characters were great and really made the anime all that much better.
