Vael
fire emblem for pc, really? hmm tell me where to get it and I will HAHAHAanywayI havn't played it on pc yet so can't really say if the pc version is any good (if there is one)aaaaaaaaaaaaaannnyway I say guild wars because I've been playing it since it first came out, I like the questing system, it can be as hard or as easy as you like depending on your patience, money in your wallet, or your skill.three out of four of the campaigns are awesome, some of your accomplishments will carry on into guild wars 2, your character is fairly customizable again depending on the gold you have, patience, skill etc.
apr118
"Warcraft III" is RPG right? And "Heroes of Might and Magic"

Anubis
"Warcraft III" is RPG right? And "Heroes of Might and Magic" I think what you mean by warcraft III is world of warcraft then true, cuz otherwise warcraft is a strategy based game. The latest version being the Cataclysm; Its a good game I've heard, haven't played it yet though...World of Warcraft:http://us.battle.net/wow/en/ Warcraft III:http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/games/war3/

Shade_13
"Warcraft III" is RPG right? And "Heroes of Might and Magic" Both strategies, one real-time, the other turn-based. But still good choice

I've never heard of a Suikoden on PC, other than through emulation of Suikoden I & II, which I already own for PSX; also I'm assuming this list is composed of "RPGs" in general, since there are a few mmoRPGs in there. Lokis
I would say Dungeon Siege I would be my favourite out of the whole list....Whilst now my computer won't even run it without difficulties (Kind of crashes around with my comp), on my old PC, I would have to say I dedicated at least several dozen and something hours to playing it..... time that I do not regret spending.... It is basically one of the only ones on the list that I played and completed. It has good character customization. You can choose to be good or evil. The magic and fighting isn't that difficult, etc.
Hōtarō
Assassins Creed is probably my favorite RPG for the computer, that's just a straight RPG. Other than that, Borderlands and Mass Effect.u asked 4 opinions so expect different answers. these games appealed 2 me most. why don't u play them and see 4 yourself instead of releasing mean statements.(*)I don't think he was trying to be mean. Like you said, opinions are going to be different. His opinion was different. :
Shade_13
Whats so great about them ? I thought warcraft had beaten diablo hands down....Warcraft is crap, Diablo is stupid, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit is the fucking best!My point being it's not reasonable to compare completely different games and it sure is dumb to claim that one beats the other hands down.Assassins Creed is probably my favorite RPG for the computer, that's just a straight RPG.Is Assassin's Creed RPG? always considered it pure action. unless they changed smth in brotherhood haven't played that.Probably depends on how people defy a role-playing video-game. For me it's the game where you can choose or partially change the playable character so that it suits your personality more.
idl12
A heavily modded elder scrolls 4 Oblivion (including the xlovers hentai mod) has to be the rpg that I've spent hundreds of hours playing on the pc, so it's what I call the best. Anubis
Guys Prince of Persia and Assassins Creed would qualify as a RPG? If so I cant decide between both, both of em are great ... POP has its legacy and Assassins creed is turning out to be a great series as well, the grafix are superb the story is awesome could have done better with the game play and control configuration its really pesky to hold down one key and then press another.... Anyhuuu both are splendid titles, and i think it would be awesome if they could make a movie on Assassins Creed as well ... the story has a lot of potential.... In fact a while ago i came across a series based on Assassins creed .. and the best part is that they didn't plunder the story like they did in Prince of Persia the movie! That being said i think i myself am missing the point here the point of this thread was to discuss ongoing RPGs, but since CIEL mentioned ACreed i just couldn't resist
