It's not so much that she's the best female anime character that I really like her. The reason is that she is the first terrorist character a story has ever managed to make me like. Usually I dislike them, even if the story thinks that they're the protagonists. (it's interesting because she's not really the protagonist in future dairy anyway)

But she's a cool person who even though she doesn't succeed at everything, continues to try anyway, and is also really tough and confident. Not to mention, she has a cool eyepatch.
