[Solved] stupidly simple idea?

Now I don't remember if Koby does this, or not (been a while since I signed up to this forum) but, regarding all the questions that new comers to the forum have that are always the same; need 5 post for the download section; why does my post count not go up... and so on, why not after the new comer signs up have a message automatically sent; either an e-mail or a private message to that user either explaining the rules or a link telling them to go to a rules page that explains all the FAQ's. and excuse me if you already do this Koby, just thought this was such a simple (maybe simple I'm not really a computer guy) idea that it might have been overlooked to solve people having to answer newbies questions all the time.
