You've apparently already activated it by clicking the email link to verify your email address. I think what you are looking for is access to the Anime Downloads, and had you actually read the forum as it is posted and said EVERYWHERE here even in bold letters towards the top of the main page for your account as a notice.

Leechers do not get access. If you want access you have to be an active member of the community forums by posting around and interacting with other members. To start off with, you'll gain access when you reach 5 posts (SeeD Hallway and Forum Games do not count toward post count).

After that it is advised to remain active even though you can download by at least posting a thank you in each thread you download from, otherwise eventually we will get around to deleting or banning those who only joined, got the 5 posts needed and never get heard from again although they continue to visit to leech the downloads.

It is ALOT of work to rip, encode, upload, format a post with hundreds of links, keep broken links fixed, and still post more Anime all the time. It's time consuming, so the least you could do is show appreciation and be an active member or thank those who work hard to provide you with free Anime Downloads that you otherwise might have never found.
