The Bount arc was pretty fairly well made in the beginning but that was all stolen directly with no changes really from Yuyu Hakusho. Captain Amagai could have been decent but it kind of went to hell, the Zanpaktou arc was terrible in which it completely ruined everything it meant to be about the Zanpaktou's and had a terrible story to go with it.
