Who is the most bad-ass Jonin and why do you think he/she is?

pain cracked ibiki, didn't he? so i doubt it. Kakashi lost to Itachi so he is out. Asuma even worse died. Kurenai always lost to itachi and isn't that strong. But guy was never defeated in naruto episodes. But he lost to kakashi in "rock, paper, scissor" but i wont count that. it's not real battle. SOOO Guy is the man!!

for me the most bad ass jonin is guy because he seems to be even stronger than kakashi even

though he always loses from kakashi in his eternal rivalry competition.

I think that the most powerful jonin are Kakashi and Shikaku. kakashi was selected to be the new Hokage and Shikaku is the current Jonin commander. I dont think that they were selected for the posts for nothing.
