However, OP asked for the best coolers that provide the lowest temps, and those are not the best. Both of these beat those recommendations. There's always a chance something new has come out that FrostyTech hasn't reviewed yet that would best these two coolers. I just read it as, "What's a good air and water cooler because I don't want to risk destroying my CPU by overclocking and wasting my time as OC is just bragging rights that I did it and didn't blow up my rig." Would that even fit as a title? I don't think so.

Next time I get a chance I'll compare it to some of the paragraphs Catar has for thread titles and see what were looking at. NeutralHatred
Anyway, to resist derailing this. 11 hours ago, Midghost said: which cpu cooler you currently been using and also please mention your processor speed. I currently use the H80i v2 with my i7-6700k which I have not overclocked. If you aren't overclocking your system, any one of the coolers MK mentioned will do the job well. If overclocking, ThePJzer may have better options if lowest temp is your goal.

Little bit late to the party, but I currently have an i5-6600 @ 3.3Ghz and am using the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (the Evo is the successor to it). This video has all been updated if you want some more info: https://youtu.be/hr0qLLv3dKc?t=66 (Start at 66seconds in) @ThePJzer - you make a valid point about the topic title and what the OP is looking for, I factored in "best" = "I don't want to blow my bank account" i.e best value for money, but this is just an assumption from my side.
