You gotta think, Itachi did fine not using it. Sasuke uses it near every battle and still ends up either losing or needing help to finish the fight, and barely comes out a winner and has to rest for a while.Sasuke has a long way to go before he ever passes Itachi. Even with Orochimaru's power he was no match for Itachi. >_< While on the other hand, if Itachi was alive now, Naruto would own him like it was near nothing.That is the difference in Sasuke's and Naruto's power now.
