hey guys when ever i open naruto shipuuden eng dub episode it says......

You need to post 5 non spam post then wait up 30 mins before you can access them.

Yes and it may take up to 30 min to process after you have gotten 5 posts.

that also happen to me when i was just registered in this forum... i did that 5 post count and i still have to wait from some time for the reactivation for the downloads
