Renzo
Hmm.. I'd say, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, Astro Boy, Rurouni Kenshin and Yu Yu Hakusho. Those are some classics in that list. Jeesh. Taking me back with this one. Haha.
deanzel
Touch and Maison Ikkoku for me. My definition of old is that it has to at least have been in the 80s. There are other series that I love from that time but these are a couple of my favorites with lots of episodes. And I believe that Japan agrees with me as Touch was just completely released on Blu-Ray (looked pretty damn good) and Maison Ikkoku just had its first box release too. I'm desperately waiting for them to release the next and final one. I need more Kyoko. Edited March 21, 2014 by deanzel

MephilesTheDark
My choices are already in that poll from Japan. DragonBall / Z is an obvious choice and should be watched by all anime fans at least once. I thought Yu Yu Hakusho would be higher up list, i guess it's not just outside Japan where this show is underrated Tenchi and Gundam are 2 others i would go with too. Midget98
I think one of the animes that should be added to this list is definitely Marmalade Boy. Besides from wanting the older generations to get completely annoyed by how slow and melodramatic the series was overall, the storyline is ridiculous and timeless I would say. I mean the anime is already older than me and I can still relate to it of course. Another anime I think should be added should be Kodocha. It's quite old now but the hilarity of it is oh-so-very timeless. Plus all the dramatic moments just cut through your heart and leaves you to bleed before hitting you with a happy ending. That's all I can think of for now. -By the way, I'm new in this community! I'm looking forward to talking to you guys and making new friends! So PM me.. I guess?? Oh and you guys can call me Linn too!
