Snowburden
If I knew of good streaming sites that had okay quiality video and good quality subs and a really good selection (for my tastes anyhow) that worked well, I'd personally use it a good bit.... feel free to list any if you know them! ;-) Crunchyroll is okay, but I don't know anything better and personally they have very little that's my style.Well there is Hulu, or Hulu Plus which gives less Ads (but come on if you pay, you shouldn't get anything whatsoever right?); Funimations is pretty good, the free stuff mostly reverts you to Hulu, and if they don't have it they actually use their own Video stream. Plus I'm pretty sure all their subscription videos if from their Video stream as well, even if their free is Hulu. You stated subs, but I'll just throw it out here as well regardless - Neon Alley, only on PS3 and Xbox 360, subscription of course, it's like a TV network where it isn't stream, but Dub only. Also Manga Entertainment has a free app on the Xbox 360 that has dubs and subs. All of these are in HD of course, so check them out if you haven't or if anyone else hasn't yet. Depending on what you do, they have their own select amount of Shows. The HD websites: http://www.funimation.com/http://www.hulu.com/tv/genres/animehttp://www.manga.com/ Not really HD at all, but here are some sites if you or anyone care: http://www.animefreak.tv/http://www.watchdub.com/http://www.theanimenetwork.com/Watch-Online
megagold5
Do not like to stream media at all. Even if you have the bandwidth, you can rarely get anything close to regular download or disc quality.
Fexen
I don't like the quality from steaming. 1080p downloaded ftw!
aduck01
download only, can't stand the choppy bad quality picture from most streams, though there are good ones out there
Dark_Angel13
I prefer downloading it myself, that way I dont need to be online to watch anything and I have a copy to easily share amongst friends
† Irish
I usually download it over watching it online. The reason is so I dont have to wait for load times/buffering. Plus I have a TON of space and really good internet speed, so I can just download entire seasons if I want. I dont mind watching it online but I prefer download. Indieanna
I can honestly say I've never downloaded any anime. I stream everything just because I feel bad when it comes to downloading. I can live with the less than amazing quality as long as I can clearly see what is happening.
lame
Downloading... so I can watch tv in my bed and not have to press any buttons or do any searches to find good quality episodes to watch...
TheScaryFish
Deffs downloading, just incase I ever want to watch them again on a rainy day
Pirozhki
i usually watch it online since streaming is faster than downloading however, if it's an anime i really enjoyed or is highly recommended by others (critically acclaimed or otherwise like ghibli movies) i'll do the latter. xxodstxx
Anime online can sometimes be taken down, while with downloaded anime, you can watch and keep it for however long as you want.

LTJG RIO
Streaming really isn't an option for me right now because the internet is so so soooooooooo slow. I literally lose my mind when it takes like 22 seconds to open my email. So downloading is the way to go right now. It's a slow process but well worth the wait unfortunately I have to download at a lower quality because it's faster than downloading the high quality stuff. I do stream when I have my own internet connection but, if it's a show I really like I will usually download it or even buy the box set if it has a high re-watch value. piixie
I prefer to download by far unless I'm being inpatient
coolsnoops
I prefer to download and watch my stuff because then I have a record of what I've watched. That way I don't waste time watching something halfway and realize I've already seen it. It also helps me keep tabs on what episode I'm on if I'm watching a series that is being released/subbed... tenderfoot
if my internet has fast connection then I will watch video online stream.
AutoOps007
i usually watch online to begin with, and if it's re watchable i'll download it. but a lot of the time streaming sites get taken down, or a video host will remove it due to copyright infringements. i guess the best way to watch online is crunchyroll i download, but not for all series. takes up too much space
shaaa
Downloading is more hd than online streams
dark4yoyo
I only download, whether it be anime or normal movies.I can't stand the bugs/slow buffering/low quality/crappy subs streams.I have decent bandwidth so I can download everything I want in advance.Downloading allows me to get the best video quality and the subs I want.It also allows me to watch anime on my portable computer wherever I want (really usefull when you're travelling, or in a place without internet). So yeah downloading FTW
