Dae314 gets up and dusts himself off thinking, "eew... vomit rocks." Now turning to zx0, Dae314 questions in a poisonous voice, "why won't you just stay down? I've thrown you off cliffs, I've thrown you under cliffs, I've thrown you in cliffs, but you keep coming back like some sick dog. It's enough to drive someone MAD. Is it the pumpkin? You didn't hate me like this before the pumpkin came into the picture. Well I have news for you then. I felt that blow you made with at tree branch. I felt it like the pumpkin was my own skin. Look at me now, I'm bleeding pumpkin guts! The pumpkin is me, it's in me, it runs through me. The pumpkin, he and I are like the moon and ocean, inseparable, uncompromising, undefeatable... Well is this it then? Is this how things will be? Fine. Then before I go, want you to take this: My love! My hate! And all of my sorrow!"

And so saying, Dae314 raises his arms like a conductor during a crescendo. Obediently, every rock of every cliff ever summoned raises to his call. Dae314 conducts a flurry of rock and debris around zx0 in a maddening, twisting spiral of rock and cliff. The tornado of earth slowly envelops zx0 and takes the form of a cliff more grand than any before it. With a final flick, one more cliff is summoned below zx0's cliff, and Dae314 walks up to the spot where he knows zx0 is sealed. He caresses the stone softly and whispers, "now die my old friend." As the cliff zx0 is sealed in begins to lose balance and fall from the cliff Dae314 summoned under it, Dae314 turns and walks away solemnly.

Aurion glances around. Stunned by the changes that have occurred (and admittedly, not feeling so inclined to transfer his stats to the new character sheet just yet when it is the shop prices which are updated), he is somewhat paralyzed. The bottle which holds a fairy a heart piece is in his hands. Aurion takes a quick glance to confirm that it is still there. "Heyyyy, are you going to use thatttt or whatttttttttt?" Aurion looks to his hand again. "In my...my recent mental absence, I realized something. Against all odds, I am better off not healing myself right now." "Waitttt, you can't mean--!" "Yes. I am desirous of starting over. And I won't be needing this where I'm going." Winding up, Aurion throws the bottle as hard and as far as he can. (Miss: 0%, RNG: 1, hah hah)

And off the bottle flies. However it did it's best to miss the sunset Aurion threw it towards, and instead managed to find the back of Dae314's head, dealing 120 damage. Aurion though is completely unaware of this fact as he calls out "Come and finish me! I dare you! I will only come back stronger!"

Somehow Aurion gains 23 EXP from this ordeal. Dae314 is left with 165 HP.

TM Announcement

Due to certain people insisting on breaking the Dexterity game, I've increased the max score on it so that the dex stat doesn't become too inflated. If other stats (or this stat) continue to be broken, I'll institute a hard cap at 145 for all stats. If your max health dropped below your current health because of this update, you must drop your current health to your max health value.

Aurion's body falls to the ground and as his unconscious body lets out the last of the air in its lungs, a patch of haze appears above above Dae314. A patch of haze which Aurion quickly appears from doing front-flip, with one leg extended. As Aurion screams "HOW DARE YOU LOWER MY DEXTERITY!", his fluffy heel connects with Dae314's gourdy head. (Miss: 0%, RNG: 37)

The impact sends Dae314's head to the ground. Aurion raises his foot again to finish it, but thinks better of it. Bending down, Aurion whispers into Dae314's ear, "Though it cannot make up for the 114 max hp you cost me when you meddled with the fibers of the universe, this 130 damage sates my outrage. Enjoy your last moments.", and turns to walk away.

Aurion gains 16 EXP. Dae314 has 35 HP left.

Dae314 doesn't move from the ground. Everything is dark. Everything is pain. Nothing matters anymore except making it stop. Suddenly, Dae314 realizes what he's feeling. The pumpkin hurts! "Did this thing attach itself to my nervous system?" he wonders. From inside the pumpkin a small smile creases his lips, "well... if that's the case..."

Aurion is walking away casually when he feels something snag his foot. He starts to lose his balance but recovers before he falls down. Turning behind him to see what he tripped over he sees the most terrible sight he has ever seen. The pumpkin on Dae314's body has grown roots and merged with the ground, and from the ground around him, hundreds of pumpkin vines now wave menacingly, some twice as tall as a man. The vines attack. Despite Aurion's best efforts to fend them off, there are just too many vines to deal with, and Aurion is quickly subdued. The vines lift Aurion into the air and throw him against the ground repeatedly. After beating Aurion senseless, the vines toss his body off a near by cliff. His body, flying like a rag doll, sails off the cliff.

Aurion takes 139 damage.

*THUD* Aurions body hits the ground, the impact quickly restoring his senses to him. "It would seemmmm a rival has appearedddddddddd." "Indeed, it looks like I'm no longer the only one who can bring forth the spirit of Halloween from his equips." "He cannotttt be allowedddd to liveeee." "Mmm, it has been a while since I added to my body count." Standing up, Aurion looks over the cliff, slowly exhales, and jumps into action. Hopping up the cliff face, ledge to ledge, Aurion finally emerges victorious at the top. Quickly taking in the positioning of the vines, Aurion mentally plots a course and begins springing from vine to vine towards his destination. (Miss: 0%, RNG: 6)

At long last he arrives at the center and finds Dae314. "Is this my repayment for letting you have one more breath? No matter, I'll just have to separate that pumpkin from your body." So saying, Aurion gives the pumpkin a mighty kick. Dae314 takes 130 damage. However, though one can almost see the comedic representation of Dae314's spirit drifting away from the body, the pumpkin remains firmly attached at the head. "Well...I guess this is one way to neutralize a threat." The once vibrant and pulsing vines begin to shrink inward and collapse to the ground.

Dae314 is dead with 6 EXP. Aurion has gained 32 EXP (10Base+5Lv+8Bonus+9Loot).

His head tilted down towards his footwear, Aurion inquires, "You wouldn't happen to have any matches or lighter fluid would you? These things give me the creeps."

"Actuallyyyy, they appearrrr to be of the Cucurbitaceae genussss, not the Parthenocissus genussssssssss."

*Sigh*, this is what I get for looking up the genuses of creepers and pumpkins. Biology, I hate you!

Disgruntled, Aurion walks over to zx0 (Miss: 0%, RNG: 5) and pokes him in a completely unremarkable manner, dealing 130 damage.

zx0 has 189 HP. Aurion gains 10 15 EXP.

Second (massively delayed) edit, because I realized I had the wrong EXP and also neglected to do a miss RNG for my zx0 attack...not that it exactly mattered.

Aurion sits at the bottom of a cliff and watches another Aurion fall down the cliff. *THUD* "That must have hurt, why do you look so much like me?" The other Aurion raises his head and turns to look at the first Aurion. Their eyes meet--"Ooooph! Owww, that hurt..."--and the first Aurion doubles over in pain, when he looks up the second Aurion is gone. "Wait, where did he go?" "Didn't you realizeeeeeeeeee, that was a paradoxxxx you just encounteredddd. But unlike in all the other mediaaaa, meeting yourselffff didn't cause the end of the universeeee, the two you's just mergedddddddddd." Gasping for breath, Aurion replies "How convenient. More importantly, I've got someone to attack." So saying, Aurion bounds up the cliff, lands near zx0 and lowers his center of gravity. (Miss: 0%, RNG: 3)

Aurion launches a sweeping kick and knocks zx0's legs out from under him. As zx0 falls to the ground, the candy basket goes flying from his hands and comes down squarely on his head, the paper plate mask failing to absorb the impact of neither the fall to the ground nor the falling basket. zx0 takes 130 damage.

zx0 has 59 HP. Aurion gains 15 EXP.

zx0 quickly grabs up all his candy which was scattered around and decides to eat a bit. He feels a little bit funny so decides to only eat one more, the one in the red and silver shiny wrapper. zx0 stuffs the candy into his mouth and shoots into the air! He comes flying down towards earth at a terrible speed. Luckily Aurion breaks his fall, but takes 163 damage in the process. The candy causes zx0 to increase to level 2!

Dae314 is floating in nothing thinking of nothing. Nothing hurts, nothing moves, nothing breathes; nothing is everywhere. Out of the nothing there is something. Curiously, Dae314 gazes at the something. Something reaches her hand out to Dae314. When Dae314 takes her hand, he sees the faint glow of her lips widen a bit. The sun glares blindingly down from the translucent leaves of the tree Dae314 is under. Blinking, Dae314 brings his upraised hand down and sits up. Something feels slightly heavy in the hand he had upraised, and looking down, Dae314 sees that he is holding some herbs. He pockets the herbs wordlessly and stands up enjoying the feeling of everything where there was nothing. Suddenly, he catches a whisper in the air, the faint hiss of battle. Re-energized and revitalized, Dae314 strikes off toward the battle allowing his senses to guide him through the trees at the speed of sound.

zx0, happily enjoying his victory over Aurion, is still sucking on his candy at the same place. A slight twist in the air is all the warning zx0 receives before Dae314 whips out of the nearby forest and nails zx0 in the stomach at full speed. Not willing to give up his momentum, Dae314 gives an extra push with his legs to restore the energy he lost from hitting zx0. With his hand still buried deeply in zx0's abdomen, Dae314 wheels his body around and simultaneously summons a cliff several feet in front of himself. The summoning is perfect, and right when Dae314 finishes the turn, his fist slams into the newly summoned cliff with zx0 still attached. The impact destroys the cliff and consumes all of Dae314's forward momentum. Dae314 finds that he is standing quite close to the edge of another cliff and gives one final push with the leverage left in his upper body and throws zx0 off his fist over the side of the cliff.

zx0 takes 139 damage and dies.

Dae314 gains 25 EXP.

Once again zx0 sees his corpse battered and bloodied strewn around the bottom of a cliff. He takes his time to make sure no body parts are missing, then reincarnates on a patch of wild flowers. "Ahh, this is nice," he thinks to himself. Just one thing I need to do before I can relax... get revenge upon my killer! zx0 climbs back up the cliff he just fell down to see Dae314 still standing there. zx0 marches up to Dae314 and smacks him right on the nose for 164 damage!

Dae314 has 706 HP.

Dae314, disgusted by zx0's inelegantly described attack, decides to ignore the fact that zx0 some how managed to hit his nose through the pumpkin. Calling upon the pumpkin's power, Dae314 sinks suddenly into the ground without a trace.

Before zx0 can do anything, pumpkin vines shoot up through his feet pinning him to the ground. The vines then quickly wrap around his shins and yank him forcefully to his knees. One last vine then coils tightly around zx0's neck and brings his face into the ground. Dae314 re-appears from the ground with pumpkin vines flowing from the back of the pumpkin on his head like a cape and examines his opponent thoughtfully. With a quick motion Dae314 moves the cliff edge so that zx0 is now suspended in the air only by virtue of the pumpkin vines. With another wave, a mirror image cliff is summoned. The vines drop zx0 a few feet and Dae314 raises an open hand in front of himself. His fingers slowly curl together bringing the two cliffs closer and closer until zx0 is pinned between both cliffs. Then, walking to the edge of the cliff Dae314 takes one last baleful look at his victim before closing his hand in a fist, smashing the two cliffs together violently with zx0 in between.

zx0 takes 139 damage.

zx0 is at 816 HP.

Dusting the excess candy off of himself, Aurion sits up. Intrigued by Dae314's performance, he watches in rapt attention, nibbling at some of the candy. As the illustrious attack concludes, Aurion stands up and walks over to Dae314, offering him a piece of the candy as payment for the entertainment. "Thanks for the show, here, have this candy, the wrapper has a cool retro design." (Miss: 0%, RNG: 39)

Still exultant from his flawless performance, Dae314 snatches the candy away, pops it into his mouth, and throws the wrapper back at Aurion. As Dae314 ingests the candy, Aurion realizes the wrapper has an expiration date almost two decades in the past. "I guess it wasn't retro, but just really old...how did the candy basket have candy this old anyways?" Aurion murmurs to himself. Checking to make sure Dae314 is still paying him no attention, Aurion sneaks off to avoid the cliff-laden revenge which will ensue. A short while later, as Dae314's digestive track begins to digest the candy from Halloweens past, unusual chemical reactions occur and the resulting substance causes 130 damage to Dae314.

Dae314 has 576 HP. Aurion gains 24 EXP.

Aurion notices something shining on the ground near the forest. He goes to investigate and finds:

For Dae314, the world is once again pain. Clutching his stomach in trembling agony he falls to his knees. Every inch of skin on his body is unbearably burning. It feels like his body is trying to burst through his skin and explode. The pumpkin roots quickly slide back into the depths from which they came. Through the agonizing pain Dae314 finds himself staring at the wrapper of the candy he just ate crumpled on the ground. It's a shiny plastic wrapper with a cream colored lining and a couple of strange ovals in the middle.. The outside is red with regular white spots on it. Through his rapidly blurring vision, Dae314 can make out the letters m-u-s-h-r on the wrapper. Before he can make out more, Dae314's body is rocked with another shock of pain, and he doubles over bringing his forehead to the ground. From this position he realizes that the pain he just felt didn't come from inside, it came from where his own hands were intently ripping into his sides. Quickly, he releases himself and jumps up to stare as his hands. They seem bigger somehow. Pain temporarily forgotten, Dae314 starts to notice that getting up was much easier than it was before. He experimentally clenches his fist and finds his grip is also much stronger. The pain also seems to have cleared his head, and Dae314 can now think and see more clearly than ever before. Pain now completely forgotten, Dae314 turns his gaze to the one who did this to him.

Aurion backs away hesitantly from Dae314's towering figure that seems to be oozing exponential magnitudes of power. Every sense is telling him to run, but he just can't bring himself to move for some reason. Dae314 turns slowly to fully face Aurion thinking, "was he always that small?" And then he's gone. Alarmed, Aurion whips around to check his back for a surprise attack. "Good try, but not there!" Dae314 comments as he slams his fist into Aurion's back. Aurion feels his body lifting upward and realizes Dae314 somehow got above him. Twisting in the air, Dae314 lands where Aurion was standing. Aurion almost seems to be asleep as he floats in the air slowly losing the momentum of Dae314's initial whirling punch. Before gravity has a chance to take hold though, Dae314 executes a beautiful high flying cartwheel kick. His heel connects with Aurion's neck and brings his body abruptly out of the air and into the ground. As Aurion's body rebounds from the impact, Dae314 lands another upward kick with his other foot bringing Aurion spinning back into the air. Quickly maneuvering below Aurion, Dae314 crouches and times a full power jump just right so that the top of his pumpkin connects cleanly with Aurion's face. As Aurion flies upward Dae314 summons a useless upside-down cliff for Aurion to fly past just for the pure joy of seeing someone fly off a cliff toward the moon. All this happens in the space of about 3 seconds.

Aurion takes 148 damage and ends up at 263 HP.

Dae314 gains 10 EXP.

As Aurion spins past the cliff, a voice calls out to him. "Are you goingggg to wake up or notttttttttt? ... I'll take thatttt as a 'noooo' and decide thatttt it is time for youuuu to tag out to meeeeeeeeee." Though his eyes are still closed, and his head somewhat limp, Aurion's body begins to move and rights itself as it smacks into the cliff face. Launching from the cliff, Aurion's body sails back towards its foe. "You knowwww, being biggerrrr makes you an easier target to findddd. Alsoooooooooo, didn't your motherrrr ever teach you to properlyyyy get hurt when you are damagedddd?" (Miss: 0%, RNG: 5)

So saying, Aurion's body begins an elaborate attack, as much for show as for effect, quickly dashing from blind spot to blind spot, landing a kick here, connecting a punch there, and somehow gnawing away at Dae314 through the whole of it. As the rhythm of Aurion's attacks increase, so also does Dae314's pain. While Aurion strikes a pose off to the side, Dae314 falls to his knees, unsure of whether he just took 130 damage or 260.

Dae314 has (assumably) 446 HP. Aurion gains 29 EXP.
