In Japan within 2 months only about 9-10 episodes are released. Therefore the Viz Media dub is actually going faster and is slowly making the gap smaller. Do note however, they will never be allowed to catch up. Most long running shounen stay about a hundred episodes behind. Just be thankful this isn't One Piece, where the dub is 350+ episodes behind.
