atreyuavenged
K-On!! - Loved all the music and I felt it the Anime had an element of cuteness not found in many Anime I've seen so far. Mugi-chan was my favorite. 10/10Steins Gate - The explanations and such were over my head and it had a happy ending, which I like. Loved this as well. 10/10Darker Than Black - Thoroughly enjoyed this one as well. Didn't watch the OVA explaining the difference between Season 1 and Season 2, so I wasn't aware til later why some important characters had different roles. 10/10Ladies versus Butlers - It was pleasing, if you like naked girls. The story was good as well. Funny as heck as well. Specials were ok. 8/10Ergo Proxy - Loved it. Pino was cute! Knew when Vincent was a Proxy that Real would be the Monad reincarnate. 10/10Dance in the Vampire BundEureka
zoey1
The last anime I completed was Mushishi and I really loved it. I would give it a 9/10. It had a very interesting and different premise that most animes. I would strongly recommend it to any of my friends.
Leviathan
Just finished High School DxD. Overall good. But I think they could have made the main character a little less pervert. 7.3/10.
savedgray
Paranoia Agent - pretty good, some of it was a little slow and downbeat but all in all a series worth watching. I watched this after seeing most of Satoshi Kon's films (Perfect Blue, Paprika, Tokyo Godfathers, Millennium Actress) and it was interesting seeing all the visual elements incorporated in the anime.Oh, and Chihayafuru - great series, thoroughly enjoyed watching it on a week-to-week basis. I really wish they'd make a sequel.
crashed-ice
Vampire Knight (and Guilty) 8/10 - Good plot overall, enjoyable and with no fillers! Heard there was going to be a S3, i'll be looking for it
dudefromLT
Week has passed... And so here I'm again. Ah... This week was kinda rich. Well, three series was completed. Two of them very good, one - not so. So let's start from beginning:1. "Another". HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by Underwater. What a great series. So intense, so beautiful, so mysterious. There aren't enough words to describe it. Superb animation, superb story (though confusing at first), superb characters. Maybe the only minus (though I don't know if that should count as one) showing young schoolgirls (and not only them) die. It was sad seeing couple of them dying in brutal death. Especially was irritated by Sanae Mizuno death. She was such a good nurse. But everything else... SUPER! Oh yeah,... one more thing. Ending was kinda rushed. Too many unnecessary death in short time. Could easily made for at least five more episodes or so. Either way 10/10 from me.2. "Nisemonogatari". Was kinda disappointed by it. If it were stand alone series it would be good more or less, but as being sequel of "Bakemonogatari" it was a huge let down. Animation was as good as in first season (10/10). However everything else... Story: more concentrating on Araragi sisters, rather than on old characters. Not like it was bad, but just that they didn't leave big impressions to me. Other minus - talks without any use. Either I got bored of nonstop speeches, either they become really boring. And echi scenes in "Nisemonogatari"? Especially scene with toothbrush... Too much. I didn't though of "Nisemonogatari" being echi anime, however when I saw that, I was like... "What a hell? What, creators lost imagination?" Well, it seems that that was a case. Now as I think, they though it would be better to put some extreme scenes in order to attract more viewers as series itself wasn't anything near the level that "Bakemonogatari" was.Characters: minuses here as well. First (well, maybe not minus, but was kinda strange): extreme change of Tsubasa Hanekawa. From thisyou get thisNot that it is bad, but kinda very strange. And real minus goes to Shinobu. Why, oh why writers decided to give her voice? She was so mysterious, so beautifully when didn't open her mouth. But when she did... All her charm disappeared like money after paying all bills. Anyway, only 5/10 from me. 3. "Daily Lives of High School Boys". HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by sage. Wonderful series. Really very good. So relaxing, so funny, sometimes boring (but not tool often). 10/10 from me. Liked almost all jokes I saw there, especially was happy with scenes about "literal girl". Like this scene:Man, it was hilarious (sadly pictures can't express that effect, but still...)Voice acting was brilliant as well. So no minuses from my side. More like that would like to see.So that's end my writing of series I have seen last week. Hopefully this week will be the same (on the good side). lemmingllama
Finished up Kampfer. I would say that the series was fairly average, interesting idea but really nothing that special or memorable about it. Its just a standard series about a guy who can turn into a girl and all the girls that he knows falls in love with him, although he is so dense that he doesnt appreciate it. In total I gave it a 7/10, and that is mainly because of the jokes about other series and the cute girlsKampfer is also one of the series that its OVA's are actually better than the show itself. I gave the two OVAs a 8/10, simply because it skips the fighting/action part that is done badly and goes right to the girls fighting over the clueless guy. For those who like ecchi, you will enjoy these OVAs
Tea
Mawaru Penguindrum.Just finished it a couple hours ago... It was bittersweet... very bittersweet. Well, the ending was. The show itself was... it had many funny moments, but it did get pretty dark... Yeah, it was bittersweet. orz I definitely enjoyed it, but it made me cry at the end. lol
atreyuavenged
Another - Loved It. Still felt like more then just 8 people or w/e they said at the end died. 9/10Chaos;Head - Enjoyed this one as well. The girls brought a Kampfer or Sekirei feeling for me. 9/10Durarara!! - The only thing that bothered me is a little while in, they totally forgot about Celty looking for her head and instead focused on the kids and the gang aspect of the story. 8/10Zero no Tsukaima F - 9/
Ecid
Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom - 7/10Decent story, horrid ending. I felt used....
Leviathan
Just completed Beelzebub. Awesome story and first class comedy. One of the best animes I have seen so far. I wonder why they ended the series. They should've kept on making it. Well anyway 8.3/10 is the rating I will give to this anime.
sail0remily
I recently finished Clannad and I'm now halfway through Clannad: After Story. I'm going to rate it 8/10 because it was really touching and it made me cry a bit ahah. I loved it because the characters were so cute and they all had wonderful relationships with each other.I'm hoping Clannad: After Story is just as good if not better
dudefromLT
Week (more or less) has passed. And here I'm again with my... useless writings. Anyway... This week was dull. Three series. Three bad series. Well, one better than bad, but still. So here it goes:1. "Guilty Crown" HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by Doki. Bad, very bad. Skipped after fifth and a half episode. So boring. Reminded me at first of "Code Geass", though it was much much worse. Lame main character, story as well, animation was too so so, nothing impressive. Mecha units design was also lame. Can't say any good word, well maybe only for some female cast like Inori (though her sexy (very sexy) outfit was way out of place), Ayase, Tsugumi, Hare (why she had to die?). So only 2/10 from me. Big plus for females, big minus for everything else. Well, main problem here I think (though not only one) was main character. He just wasn't the right one (not like I can explain why).2. "Brave 10" HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by Hadena. Seemed quite good at first, but then... First minus - naming attack technics (it sounded so stupid to me), second minus - fighting scenes (so... unrealistic, so childish; I disliked them), third minus - story (it just didn't fit to me). Animation was O.K., main characters (Saizou and Isanami) as well pretty good. However as I disliked everything else I wasn't able to watch more than four episodes. So only 4/10 from me. Well, at least I think it was better than "GC".3. "Chihayafuru" HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by Commie. This one was most promising, but in the end I skipped it as well. As it seems anime related with sport (no matter what type it is) is not my piece of cake. Animation was good, characters as well (especially Arata with his cold blue eyes), no minuses to the story, but... Watching playing karuta all the time made me... bored (though at first it seemed quite cool). Ten episodes and I had to quit. But still, will give it 5/10. Better than two other series. And I think I will "burn" it to DVD. Just to have it around. Don't know why though. So that's that for this week. I wonder, what waits up ahead. "Beelzebub" is on the list, but "Inu x Boku SS" seems good as well. Hmm...
Lenalee33
The last anime I finished was Letter Bee. It was alright, but I wish they kept going with it or continue on with it.
xist
The Familiar of Zero. What a waste of life that one was....poor characterisation, a plot that promised so much more with it's alternate world setting, a mediocre dub and terrible episodic storytelling. It could have been so much more...

Leviathan
Just finished the anime Another. I have to say it was a really good story. I enjoyed it thoroughly. This is one of the animes I must recommend to the people. The story was comprised of a mixture of horror and mystery which I really enjoy. Overall I will give it a 8.2/10.hmm that would be Xiaolin showdown!Dude, u might reconsider what u wrote here. Xiaolin Showdown ain't even an anime. Hitomi
Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist). It was a lot better than I was expecting! I'd give it an 8/10. While it does have an anime only ending, (and it's only in the sub f.y.i.) I found it way more satisfying than Soul Eater's lame-exscuse for a wrap up. It is a shorter series (25 episodes + tv specials and an OVA) but also a good length. So for those who feel like ripping their hair out when they look at Dragon Ball or One Piece's length, try this one. Likeable characters, great voices, action and adventure, comedy, a different kind of plot, and good animation. The only criticism I can come up with would be the lack of intensity shown later on when compared to the beginning. Don't get me wrong, it's a great series throughout. But after watching the first two episodes you're thinking, 'WOW! This will be an intense show.' And while it has its serious moments later on, it becomes much more comedic and light-hearted than expected. Not that it's a bad thing... Kyle_Dimetri
Seikon no Qwaser. This is the first anime i have ever watch in the hentai-like category and in the end I LOVED IT!! . Even though it was porn like, it had a good story line, great characters and fighting scenes similar to that of Fairy Tail where no is no drawn out fights, ppl explaining every single move and all the annoying lame bullshit that comes with many action animes. When it comes to fanservice, my God this anime delivers it all:beauty: All in all i give Seikon no Qwaser a 9/
