The Cake Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 I watch anime because it gives me that same ecstatic feeling that cartoons used to give me as a child. It replaces the silly crude humor of cartoons that I used to love with a unique world of adventure, comedy, action, horror, mystery, fantasy..etc that no reality TV show could ever match. I believe anime gives me a temporary escape from life's troubles and delivers a truly happy and enjoyable experience, one episode at a time.
