Wake Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 He was suspicious during the entire Aizen saga. He only did things that benefited himself and made Ichigo do all the work. It was like he was playing a chess game against Aizen and he just used Ichigo when he needed him. Ichigo just never happen to question what Urahara's intentions were until now because his actions seemed to coincide with Ichigo's needs. No one knows what Urahara is really after, but it wouldn't surprise me if he turns out to be evil or at least have conflicting interests with Ichigo before the end of the manga. The only time I really thought he could be a good guy was in the Turn Back the Pendulum Arc, but even there I guess he could have been acting.
