KadiJo99
I really like Miyavi. I'm not into his older music so much, but I love his acoustic stuff and his whole What's My Name album.

davurby
My 2 favorite J-rock bands are "Dir en Grey" & "maximum the hormone" they have a really nice flow of a melody and heavy sound, but one thing I love about Japanese bands are they are not afraid to mix multiple genres in one song. ohbejuan
I would have to go with Scandal. Because my favorite group isn't really considered rock. Kalafina
TheShadowDragon
Have anyone of you ever heard of Babymetal? When I first listened to their songs, I could help but realize how awesome they are. Also, if I'm not mistaken, it is the very first band to fuse both J-pop and heavy metal.
