Youruichi, most definitely. She has the body, the attitude, the sex appeal, the voice and the overall demeanor.

Rukia is more of the cute character. She is small, has large eyes and is more forceful in her behaviour.

I really like Kallen and CC from Code Geass. I personally thought Kallen would be the better character but well, she was kinda used to show off her ass and her rack througout bouth seasons. I really think the creators liked hentai and wanted to include something borderline-esque. I mean... have you seen the way she sits in the Nightmares ?... But I mean, it was definetly nice to look at and her overall character was pretty good.

CC is still better in my opinion, I loved the look, the hair the face the outfits, great artwork. And I liked her role and behaviour throughout the series.

Someone who had the Potential to be a great femal character was the wife if the killed Inspector on Death Note. Can't remember her name but the way she looked and her character were really good. To bad it was over so quickly.

Well, since I allways pictured Chrona as a girl (which isn't exactly wrong afterall) I think she's the cutest. She was so shy and confused all the times^^ Oh and Hinata of course, she's really likeable.
