Okay guys, I don't know what's going on with the next SOTW contest, but I picked D.Gray-man (the manga/anime series) as the theme.

Since the moment I won this one (Monday), I waited for someone to contact me and ask me what the theme was so they could set the thread up, but no one ever did. Finally, I contacted someone today (Wednesday), but it seems that it is not set up yet.

Anyway, I just wanted to give y'all a heads up on the theme.

Usually people contact us with the theme, and we set the contest up from there. I haven't done anything with it yet, because I was going to wait until next week. I like to give everyone a week to make entries, because you never know how busy people are.

When I realized no one was, I PMed ParasiteEve because she's the one who contacted me last time, but then she told me to PM you instead.

I'm sorry that I didn't know. I really thought I was just supposed to wait. I figured something was wrong by Wednesday, though, and that's why I finally contacted someone rather than the other way around.

Okay, so future reference, who is it that I'm supposed to tell right away? You, or any graphics team member, or...? That was another issue. I wasn't sure who I was supposed to tell. I knew what theme I wanted right away, but I waited and waited thinking that I was doing the right thing. I was confused like you wouldn't believe, and I apologize again.

You're not an idiot, just that ParasiteEve seems to be having a lack of internet, Shazi is at her dads still without internet I believe, and poetic well she's here pretty much running the graphic section at the moment I guess but I honestly don't see her around much either. I'm not really sure on that.

From what I understand from the topic in the staff room though the graphics team decided to rotate the duties of BotM and SotW. So they all take turns as to who is running it so it really isn't set as to who should be contacted anymore. I guess the best way to update with the theme is simply what you did by posting it in the existing thread and then the team member running the show that week can see it and make the thread and all.

It's really not a big deal, Apollo. You don't need to feel bad. I think the easiest thing to do would be to post next week's theme in the thread, like Koby suggested.

And yeah, at the moment, I feel like I am running the GFX section by myself. And although I may not hang around the forums as much as I used to, but as far as GFX duties, I think I'm keeping everything pretty much in order.
