Did you know... Pac-Man's gameplay and ghosts were inspired by comic book characters and animation ? Toru Iwatani ( the creator of Pac-Man ) revealed that the power-up idea was inspired by Popeye , who often defeated his arch rival Bluto by eating spinach . Pac-Man's ghosts were also inspired by comic book characters. " Pac-Man is inspired by all the manga and animation that I’d watch as a kid " Iwatani told Wired in 2010. " The ghosts were inspired by Casper or Obake no Q-Taro '' .

Did you know... that St. Patrick was not Irish, it is debated where he was born whether it was in England, Scotland or Wales. The day is celebrated in memory of his death and subsequent entrance to heaven rather than his day of birth. The first celebration was also not in Ireland, it was in New York in 1762. You know what.... green was also not his color, it was blue. He never wore green... it was consider unlucky.

Fact of the Day - COFFEE

Did you know... that the drink dates back to 800 A.D.?  Legend has it that 9th-century goat herders noticed the effect caffeine had on their goats, who appeared to "dance" after eating the fruit of the Coffea plant.  A local monk then made a drink with the produce and found that it kept him awake at night, thus the original cup of coffee was born.

Fact of the Day - STATUES

Did you know... that if a statue of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle? If the horse has one front leg in the air, the person died as a result of wounds received in battle; if the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes.

What if the statue is made while the person was still living?
