well Ba11ard, i think with the new "touch" system, the improved combat and the use of actors like Ben Kingsley, John Cleese, Stephen Fry, and Jonathon Ross, so it should be better or i will personal be the one leading the "revolutionary" shitstorm agains lionhead studios.

All information out there suggests that u can play as both with it describing that u can be King/Queen and yeah hopefully will most likely be a choice to killing or imprisoning the evil brother.

I would proberly kill him anyway but i like to be given a choice.

I have played the first game all the way through, getting the good ending. I never played the second one since it was an X360 exclusive. I am planning on checking out Fable 3, though. Also, it is confirmed that you can play as a male or female in Fable 3, I saw the website a few weeks ago. I also heard that they were playing as a female character in the demo at E3.

Fable 1 was epic

Fable 2 was like 'What the hell did you do?'

Fable 3 was like 'Alright that's a little better but still what the hell did you do?'

Seriously, the gauntlet combination thing was cool but there are two things that have ruined Fable for me. The first is the removal of the manna bar. Having to charge spells is fine but I personally would rather have a bar. For some reason there is far less variety in spells now. Second, make a penalty for dying. Just having the XP on the floor disappear is not enough to make me care whether I die or not.

Those are the things that need changing. They need to stop making it more 'accessible' and take it back to what made the first one good. Having said that it was good at the time because it was one of the first games where your world changed based on how you acted. Now plenty of games do this better. Seriously, Fable's morality choices are always like, donate £10ml to a church for nothing or beat orphans and puppies to death with a nail hammer. There is more ambiguity and greyness to morality in real life and the games need to reflect this.

I loved fable 1, unfortunately couldn't play fable 2 due it being a 360 exclusive, but honestly 3 was meh..

I mean they lead you all the way up to the battle against your brother's troops, your at the high point of it all, you storm the castle and kick down the doors, ready for the final showdown with your brother who killed your girlfriend and/or innocent people, awesome right? the only problem is, you never get that final showdown, he draws his sword then sheaths it and surrenders and turns to the light side,,WTF!?

I struggled to continue playing from that point due to my dissapointment, this game just lessend my opinion of Lionhead after the gem that was the first game.
