Predaking-117 Posted January 22, 2018 Report Share Posted January 22, 2018 Monster Planet isn't bad, but could've worked better as an anime instead of a movie trilogy. Animation is a problem for a lot of people, human [and alien] characters not as engaging as we want them to be, the main protagonist, Haruo is too reminiscent of Eren from Attack on Titan... Those are problems I can remember off the top of my head that I can agree with other people. Though for positives, I'm sure other people can explain things better. I'm hoping its good, the last couple live action films were a let down. I watched it via a Netflix rip in English. It was alright but mostly just average kaiju-fare. It's a trilogy though so this part was mostly just boring techno-babble and introductions to the characters and setting. So am on kametsu looking for a hq version . Ugh I'm at a realization that this is going to be a part 0ne rather than a complete movie >< Hope they complete it sooner rather than later .
