Now as you can see, this thing uses HTML code, which is not possible here for all users to use it, It all depends on Administrator now, and if all Welcome Message follow a same format, than it is possible to rotate them also.

That's great as well shazi. May I make a couple suggestions?

Remove SeeD Hallways (since they'd already be there to see it).

Remove Balamb Cafe'.

Replace the words "New Members Notice" with instead some small note mentioning why they can't access the download section just yet.

Maybe move the character to the left, and put all the bars on the right, or visa versa.

Possibly add a link to for the Anime Downloads Index.

Possibly add a link to for Anime & Manga Discussions.

Possibly add a link to for the Gaming Realm.

So thats, removing 2 boxes, and adding 3. It should possibly fit if you move them closer.

If you don't want to do it, I understand, just some suggestions to see how it'd look.
