What Accent Do You Speak With?

When speaking informally, it's obviously Filipino accent, meaning No "F" and "V" sounds, instead, it is replaced by "P" and "B"

(e.g. F*ck you = Pakyu)

But when I'm speaking in English, in class reports or a speech or something, my accent is not that westernized but not that native too.. In between, maybe...can be easily understood by anyone.
