Lack of games for PS4?

Hey hey.

Does anyone here own a PS4? I want to get a PS4, HOWEVER, there are just no good games out for it yet and I don't think there are any coming out any time soon that tickles my fancy. I did pre-order one and almost got it, but didn't get it at the last minute just because of the reason I stated previously.

Anyone know of any future releases and approximate time for some badass, awesome games?

Not much JRPG's =|

I know only know of one good game coming out for it some time later, but I am not sure when though, it is Disgaea 5.

I would recomend waiting untill some games actually come out, and not just expected to come out.

Similar to how Wii U didn't have any good games for a year and look at them now :P..

I havn't played Disgaea 1,2,3,4. Haha.

Anything like... Catherine? :P

Not sure what cathrin is, but the game play is a strategy game, it is played like Final Fantasy Tactics, except better and less aquard.

The story is pretty good, the anime for it is just ok.

The first game is about prince Laharl who was poisoned and put to sleep for a few hundred years, in that time his father the king of the netherworld died, and now many people are coming out of the wood works to claim the thrown.

Now Laharl, with the help of an angel assasin sent to kill his dad, a backstabing servant who wants his thrown, and some prinnies, Laharl now fights the people after the thrown, which is he is suposed to inherit.

more games and surely ill plunge to get one

yeah. i think a lot of people are holding back until more games come out and for the chance of the price to go down at the same time @_@. A lot of games, I can play on my PC as well.

if they could only bring the price down, then let's all plunge on this one!

Well they can't for now, it's only been a few months since it's release. They still have to make games that don't crash

when you play it. But for now there's infamous second son

Why is a Nintendo series coming out for playstation?

If you're talking about metal gear solid then the first game was originally released on PS1

Just give it some time. They will release more. The one thing I see is Xbox has the edge on games, but in due time Playstation will catch up.

Some ones to look forward to... The Last Of Us, Kingdom Hearts 3, Witcher 3, Watch Dogs, The Elder Scrolls Online, Destiny, The Order 1886, Final Fantasy XV, Dying Light, Guilty Gear Xrd and many more.

Not all are Playstation exclusive but, I hope this helps.

Nope, I heard PS4 has that too, which really bites, since not all games even need that feature.

Ok, for PS4 the mic is always on, for Xbox One the camera is always on.

Just confirming; neither of these statements are true.

I've had both since launch.

The mic on PS4 I never have plugged in, in fact the main game I played which was Killzone didn't even support it and I ended up using it for my Vita and Skype.

Kinect isn't required at all to do a vast majority of things on the console, the main one being the ability to play games. I've completed all of Dead Rising 3 and it's DLC deleted scenes without Kinect. I would argue Kinect actually makes that particular game worse.

Yes that about sums it up

Also I've been waiting for titanfall to come out, but they've only released for PC and X-Box One. Not even sure if they'll port it to PS4

They won't. MS paid them money and they got a contract to make the game exclusive to Xbox One, it was orginally going to be PC only. Then I think EA wanted to make a 360 version to get more sales.

Both systems have plenty of games right now and honestly you couldn't go wrong with either if they have even just a few games you want that are out.
