hey all i just made my account ho do i set up a profile picture

If you mean a signature (Like my red bleach one underneath) press user CP on the left then edit signature, click on the yellow icon (hover over it and it'll say insert image) then add the link to the image you want there. for an avatar (one on the left like my vegeta) do the same but just go to edit avatar (Instead of edit signature) and paste the link in the url box.

You can add a profile picture like any other avatar...

Do you see that picture in my profile moving, that's tha profile picture (not avatar) P:...
