IPB v1.3 is too outdated, and now has alot of exploits in which allows people access into your account without even having to gain your password. I tried patching the exploits but there was far to many that I didn't know about and they continued to trash the forum until finally I just closed it down for several months and eventually decided (with shinji's help) to open a new forum under another software until I can afford to by a license for vBulletin.
