Heavens forbid if the site was ever to be took down for obvious reasons who would get in trouble? And how would you, a tru blu kametsu member, defend them would koby be hit the most or would it be the donators? Or maybe it's the uploaders? Or maybe the large majorrity the downloaders? The forum itself will not be targeted, since the forum is merely a place where people can place their links. All content is hosted by the uploaders on a separate site, and so Kametsu will not be held legally responsible for it or be taken down. At worst, Koby would receive a notice saying to remove the downloads subforum, as well as all links would be killed. If you are worried about the fact that Koby's Paypal was taken down, it is because they got a report. Paypal will freeze the account until an employee is harassed enough to unfreeze it. They don't investigate each and every report. This is why Koby might be able to get his account back if their support isn't as bad as it usually is. Koby Posted February 27, 2014 Report Share Posted February 27, 2014 We've had like 6 DMCA requests, mostly from FUNimation for Fairy Tail or Dragon Ball. Though once was for Naruto Shippuuden manga.
