I got my wish with Acchi Kocchi, and that was like the only one so far that I read before the anime got announced, but lets see out of the ones that were originally manga...

Ani ga Imouto de Imouto ga Ani de. would make an interesting one

Banana no Nana (seriously)

Ikusaba Animation (really really new with only one chapter so far but man if it doesn't screw up I can certainly see potential)

Girls und Panzer - Little Army

Mahou Shoujo Kazumi★Magica: The Innocent Malice

Pokémon Special

Super Darling! (I see that it only has 2 volumes... but I like what was translated so far)

Saki Biyori

Watashi ni xx Shinasai!

Yureka and Psyren. Oh wait Yureka is a mahnwa *pouts*

Air gear, Gantz. Kenichi.

There is already an anime for both Air Gear and Gantz

There is also an anime for kenichi too, lol.

I have to agree with Yureka and Psyren. I actually like manhwa better, I would love The Breaker and Veritas to become an anime too. U_U

Manga version of Battle Royale translated faithfully to animated would be nice.

Also a remake of Rosario + Vampire closer to the source material might be cool, depending on how its turn towards shounen action turns out.

Oh, and a remake anime of Gantz would rock. They screwed that one up big time.

I guess after Fullmetal Achemist: Brotherhood, I've now started rooting for more faithful remakes of adaptations!

If we can go by remakes, then definitely Yumekui Merry, now that there is quite a bit more material. And though it isn't originally a manga, Hidan no Aria, I'd want a remake.

Rosario for sure though.

Totally agree on Psyren for something more action based. I'd like to see more romance/shojo anime series too though, there's rarely any good romance animes coming out these days. T__T I'd love to see Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and Last Game animated also. They're my favorite romance/shojo series.
