Are you the type who reads a mange, and if you like it, do you go an watch the anime? Or are you like me, you get into an amine and if you really like it, you go back and read the manga? Why? because when I watch the anime, it's great and easy to download, and just watch the entire series up to the last episode, hanging for more. Then I can head over to a manga reading website and read from the chapter the anime ended at, and if the anime is loosely based off the manga, Ill just read the entire manga.The only manga I have read that doesn't have an anime series (But I wish it did) was Black Bird. Sometimes, if I'm really into an anime and its getting heated, I can't wait for next week to know what happens next. So, I'll jump over to the manga and continue reading where the anime left off. Some anime I love watching animated and sort of "brought to life" whereas others I simply enjoy the manga more for some reason. So I guess it goes both ways. westnortel Posted July 15, 2012 Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 Either way is fine for me, sometimes I find the anime interesting and read the accompanying manga and sometimes I read manga first then watch the anime...It is more like first come first served where whichever version I come upon first is the version I will watch/read... I only ever read the manga if I wanna see the anime from another side as some animes trail off from the manga or if an anime never finished I will pick up the manga and read on so that I can find out how it ends and put a close to the anime. A anime I have done this with is Ranma 1/2, the anime finished without really ending so I read the manga to fill in the blanks....it turns out the manga really only adds a few other story lines and does roughly the same thing as the anime... lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the anime is only one season, I will start with that, but if it's longer I will read the manga first. Yeah, yeah, I know the manga is the original, but it just doesn't matter that much to me.
