It turned out okay despite being an experiment on my part. I had to throw out the sweet potatoes because they looked and smelt weird and I didn't feel like dying. Describe it to me that I may imagine what it is.Wiki says the rice contained pigeon peas (?????????) and pork. And then it mentioned something called sofrito, which looks like a mirepoix. And then the chicken I guess is some sort of braised/stewed chicken? Anyway, it looks pretty good if the Internet didn't lie to me. I might want to try making it some day.
