My top 5 oldest animes(oldest listed first)...

01. Dragon Ball Z (1989)

02. Sailor Moon (1992)

03. G Gundam (1994)

04. Gundam Wing (1995)

05. Revolutionary Girl Utena (1996)

My older anime movie I have are the Sailor Moon movies and X the Movie! I know...polar opposites in the anime world. LOL! I actually kept my Sailor Moon for my little sister to watch when she came over. I had two copies of Sailor Moon...so I gave one to her and keeping the other for my daughter. LOL

The oldest anime I have hmm.. that would be The Fist of the North Star(1984) and has already mentioned Dragon Ball(1984).

But now I find harder and harder to watch a really old anime that is after getting used to recent anime. Does anyone agree or its just me?

What are your opinions?

I had Lupin III, but lost it when my hard drive crashed. I have Chibi Maruko Chan (80s I think), and Ashita no Joe (80s or 70s I think). I have some Captain Tsubasa episodes somewhere (80s I think). I know I had a number of movies from the late 70s, I just don't have the energy to look them up. I'll update this post if I find anything else

The oldest anime I think I have is a disc set I bought and it was like my 2nd anime I ever watched was Ranma 1/2 first aired on April 15, 1989. It is older than me!!! by one year lol, I still found the anime enjoyable and is still one of my most favourite and discussed animes.
