If a chicken says, "All chickens are liars" is the chicken telling the truth?

I am most probably wrong but I'm going to stick with yes. All the chickens are liars means that they tell lies, not that they never speak the truth. So, in this case, the chicken might have been telling the truth when he said that all chickens are liars.

Actually, the answer to this riddle can go in many ways by assumption. So, it would be better if u clarified it.
