lemmingllama
Flopping a manga is simply making a Japanese manga into an English manga by mirroring the pages. This makes it nice and easy for readers who arent used to the traditional Japanese way of reading from right to left by making it left to right, but this also has downsides. The biggest one is that patterns and lettering are flipped around.(So if a character had a shirt that said MAY, it would read YAM) So is flopping manga a good thing or bad thing and why? Dude888
Its a bad thing. Especially when they are talking about left or right things.Like in dragonball they talked about him getting hit in the heart at some point, but it was way too much on the right. But I don't think they are doing that anymore, I got the first Fairy Tail volume an it wasn't flopped. So now people just have to read right to left
momo_the_peachy
No. Absolutely NO! Manga is meant to be read in its natural form, which is right to left.

Faronil
Bad. Different culture, different way of reading. That's how it is and should be...
toloveru99
Flopping is stupid. It is not hard to adapt to reading it the traditional way it is read.
Leviathan
Flopping manga is nothing but a waste of time. I saw a few mangas which had been flopped and just disliked the thing. It's useless and harms the art in more than one way. I am happy to see that flopping mangas have been stopped now.

I never used to read manga prior to 2010 but I learned to read from right to left and how to navigate between different sections on a single page. Now when I read comics, I have to remind myself to read from left to right:byebye:P.s. Can't get enough of reading new random mangas, stumbled upon Good Ending. Makes my heart swell:beauty:
