Rukia's zanpakto is named "Sode no Shirayuki" and is referenced several times as the most beautiful of all the ice types. Toshin's is named "Hyorinmaru", the most powerful of all the ice types iirc.Personally I'd have to rate either Hisagi's (Kazeshini) or Kyoraku's (Katen Kyokotsu) as mine. Her shikai is perfect for her (because what else does a ninja assasian need other than a two-hit kill) and her bankai, while cumbersome, is still very awesome.
