Voted for #4 I really like what was done with the background and just the sig as a whole. The only problem with it I see is the girls mouth looks "odd" but that's a mistake for whoever drew it

Only thing it'd change is make it tied for 2nd instead of 3rd.

I really think we should do something to award 1st prize winner and also figure out some way of having time or doing a tiebreaker when 1st place is a tie. I don't have any idea's though.
