Thats when I go through my laptop using a hookup to TV. I also buy Bluray and watch using my PS3. Any MP4 downloads I do, I'll use my iPod to watch. Pirozhki Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 usually watch on my laptop since it's the fastest and most convenient option for me (considering i'm usually wandering somewhere in my campus). i have considered the option of using the ps3 - but it seems to be too much of a hassle. like you have to convert the video to mp4 first since the ps3 can't naturally read mkv contained files which the majority of fansubbers use. also, without the keyboard, using the ps3 to browse for anime becomes more of a burden. so with the loss of a larger viewing screen, i prefer the more portable laptop Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

hotdog88 Posted February 14, 2013 Report Share Posted February 14, 2013 I usually watch it on my PC via my 1680 x 1050 monitor and using a media player with some form of upscaling capabilties (VLC Media Player or PowerDVD). I don't have a bluray player, so if I get the chance I download HD anime (720p etc) to make better use of my monitor's resolution. I prefer PC to TV because you can have a greater amount of control over what you are watching on the PC (especially with VLC).
