Koby Posted December 1, 2011 Report Share Posted December 1, 2011 Well Madara was and has been dead the entire series and was only first seen moving around after Kabuto (Orochimaru's apprentice) revived him. He is controlled by Kabuto though, so yeah... wouldn't consider him an actual villain of his own at this point. I'm guessing this poll was suppose to be about Tobi who is in fact not Madara.
