Forestechoes Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 It's damn hard to come up with a best series, i have watched over 30 different animes at the time of this typing,Naruto started me off and i still watch it now all these years on (english and japanese versions) although i do prefer One Piece, having seen 507 eps of this i can say that it's truelly engrossing so lets see,1) One Piece, this show has the most Diverse world i have seen created in an anime, there characters with allsorts of back grounds, and story arcs ranging from race-hate/slavery/wars and much more it's a true adventure.2) Clannad, without a doubt the most tear jerking anime i have ever seen, the characters are beautifully rendered, the story is certainly a 10/10 and it gives a good message... Family is whats important 3) Naruto, got me into anime's in general so i thank it for that, and so long as sasuke isn't forcing us to watch tonnes of already seen flash backs (damn him ) then i love it4) Code Geass, a great story of ego and tactics and the odd mistake thrown in for good measure (princess euphy anyone )5) Elfen Lied, my only short term anime pick, but how couldi not it's dark, sad but endearing 6) Valkyria Chronicles, a truelly different anime, certainly alot of race-hate in this one. great characters i just want them to bring it out in english7) Full metal Alchemist, go Ed and Al a great story of 2 brothers against the troubles of the world8) Kanon, a magical anime which loses to Clannad only in terms of sadnessall bar the top 3 are subject to my mood so they could alternate at any time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
