although, as a matter of personal preference I would advise stating the english titles of anime alongside the japanese ones; to someone like me it all just looks like neso yetti yakku cat supa blab blab blab, anway:)

Yes, on the 1st and 15th, regardless of the day of week it falls on.

 

That's easy for me to remember because those are payday dates.
